Business view: what it's worth

Covers any reason a contact needs to be paused and picked back up later - away until a date, asked to be contacted again in a while, or anything in that family - and resumes the conversation automatically, in the same thread.

It works the same way no matter which channel paused them, and it won't accidentally double-message anyone or re-start a conversation that already ran its full course.

Written the moment a paused contact resumes, so it's never picked up twice by the same sweep.

paused-until-YYYY-MM-DD

The alarm clock - the resume job reads this date to know when to bring a contact back.

resume-sequence-exhausted

Marks a resumed contact whose sequence was already done, so it stays visible without re-entering an active pool.
