Business view: what it's worth

This is the early-warning system for churn: it spots members going quiet before they leave, across both people who never linked the app and people who did but stopped showing up.

The detection logic is done and running daily against real data. The only thing standing between this and being useful is the last wire: pointing Send Alerts at the real TWU endpoint instead of the test inbox it's aimed at today.

Live-computing against real app + Zen Planner APIs. 4 alert conditions in priority order: snapshot_pending, at_risk, needs_attention, attendance_drop. Deduped by profile_id, batched into one POST per run.
